About Us

Bansbach easylift has been developing and producing all types of gas springs for more than 30 years now.

Well-known companies worldwide rely on our experience. We produce every special kind of gas spring of components, individually to our customers requirements – fast and inexpensive.

Tradition and growth

Bansbach was founded 1919 as a manufacturer of stamping tools. With our in house turning shop, and over 40 years of experience in gas spring production, we evolved into a world wide operating premium supplier. The Singapore branch has been the center of activities in the Asia since 1994 which is now an essential part of the world wide Bansbach distribution network.

Modern production

Modern production processes and a certified quality system, guarantee that Bansbach gas springs are of the highest qualitiy standard. Using our test and development laboratory, products and technology are constantly being improved. A complete machine shop allows for a deep vertical range of manufacture with shortest lead times.

Along with our constant growth, our responsibility, to guarantee an environmentally friendly process is not neglected. We have been very successful in limiting our production materials to environmentally friendly materials and are recognized in the town of Lorch as a safe workplace.

Guide column 10.09.2008

Due to the modular construction, the Bansbach guide column is very flexible and can be used for numerous applications. It doesn’t matter if the application will be moved with one or more columns. Due to the variable lengths of the traverse members, nearly all requirements can be met. The piston rod which is secured against rotating offers an additional security.

A wide variety of A-Cylinder variations are available out of the gas spring production, guaranteeing our usual high quality. The A-Cylinder can be mounted directly on moveable part of the application. Further guiding of the A-Cylinder is not needed.

By accessing components from the Bansbach gas spring production, a large variety of cylinders can be offered. The E-Cylinder requires an additional guide. The E-Cylinder alone is not designed to absorb side forces.

Z-Cylinder
No external compression force (load) required

Not only gas spring components are used for this cylinder adjustment variation but additionally our gas spring technology. The Z-Cylinder is a combination of hydraulic adjustment cylinder and gas traction spring. The Z-Cylinder variation allows the system to be compressed without the need of external compression force (load). It can be installed in any position.

easymotion can be operated using a manual crank or electric motor (230V or 12V). It’s your choice: Comfortable adjustment by electric motor or 100% independent of electricity. An adjustement speed up to 44 mm/sec can be reached depending on the load and the corresponding electric motor.
