Neal cast is a synthetic orthopedic cast which is made by woven fiberglass or polyester fabric that
applied water-activated polyurethane resin. The fabric used in the cast has easy elasticity for every
direction and can be used friendly. It can be started harden even expose to moisture in the air and take
4 minutes for setting and 20 minutes to be harden completely.
Neal Cast drains moisture rapidly due to excellent porous after hardened and maintain superior and light
stiffness for long. And it has high transmissivity when it take an X-ray and easy to remove. Neal Cast has
easy elasticity when it applicable to patient and very proud mold-ability, easy and simple to use due to
adhesion of finishing ends is very clean.

05.02.05 Bandages

Neal Under-Pad is tubular bandage which is used for casting tape and splint operating to be applicable
to the case of necessity that fix or maintain the part of body as bone fracture or sprain and it is
manufactured by woven polyester yarn which is FTY(False Twist Yarn) and circular weaver and irritate
free on the skin due to water-repellent treatment.
It is water repellent skin protection pad which is good quality buffer to protect the skin from splint, drying
fast through smooth ventilation, draining the moisture dry when it contact with moisture and comfortable

hydrophile property and the lower part made by hydrophobic polypropylene non-woven fabric to protect
